Can you believe fall is almost here? Soon we'll be switching those sandals for some toasty shoes and boots! Thankfully UMI is helping me keep up with my preschooler's and toddler's growing feet. Their new collection is very stylish, as always, Baby E and Baby T love their new pairs for fall and we had a lot of fun doing a photo shoot with these new 'props'.
It's so hard to get this little boy to smile, especially for the camera! As if he knows people will be looking at him. The adorable Raymon shoes have a contoured outsoles, leather uppers and linings, and east hook-and-loop closure. They retail for $60 and are certainly a pair that will last, and last, and last - for however many children end up wearing them! Baby T can't quite put them on himself yet, but they are easy for me to slip on him. I love the beautiful Cognac Multi color that is so earthy and perfect for fall. It also comes in two other color options, Gray and Navy.
'Baby' E received the Ranna ankle boots to wear this fall and winter. While I prefer more understated and neutral styles, I know how much she loves colorful things with flowers and anything pink, these match her personality so well. So I decided to get what she likes instead of what I would prefer for her! These are perfect for fall days and running around the playground, plus there is enough room for her to wear these on snow-less winter days with warm socks.
She is also outgrowing her only pair of Mary Janes, so I think she would love something like the Evie or the Naomii shoes for spring. There is just so much to choose from, it's hard to pick something - definitely no shortage of options.
There are so many things we love about UMI. The high quality, the modern and stylish designs, the easy to navigate website, the Deal of the Month they always have going on to make these great shoes more affordable. Even the boxes the shoes are shipped in which are great for holding my kids' art supplies and projects! I do however wish they made more shoes with soft, flexible soles for older children, not just babies. Both my children are a lot more comfortable in flexible, soft shoes that let them feel what they are walking on. I'll be even more excited if and when UMI expands their selection of shoes with thin soles.
UMI has a great Clearance section that you can check out, it's a great way to get a pair for the next season and be prepared for their growing little feet.
