Woolino Merino Wool Toddler Pajamas Review and Giveaway

My four year old Baby E (above) is a tiny sprout! We recently received some merino wool toddler pajamas from Woolino for Baby T, but as you can see she fit in them perfectly! I chose the size 2-3 years old so that Baby T could wear the pajamas now and next year, and it looks like it fits both my tiny four year old and my average 15 month old. 

Merino wool is the ideal material for toddler pajamas because it will keep your little one warm without overheating. It is perfect for layering under the Woolino merino baby sleep bag for those extra chilly nights or on it's own in the spring and fall. In the summer if you have AC in the house, it would also be comfortable to wear. We don't use the AC, so my kids spend most of the summer in their undies or diapers!

As you can see on Baby T, I rolled up the sleeves and the cuffs of the pajamas and it fits him nicely -  big but comfortable enough to sleep in. I love that you can buy a size up and get a lot of wear out of it, and you would want to for the price of $69.99. It's not cheap, but it's a good investment because it is durable, lasts though all seasons, and is healthy for baby. Unlike synthetic fabrics, merino wool is breathable, naturally fire resistant, naturally antibacterial, stain and odor resistant, and non-irritating. Not to mention that it is a renewable resource! Right now it is actually on sale for $59.99 for a limited time. It comes in three sizes, 1-2 years, 2-3 years, and 3-4 years.    

Perhaps our favorite thing about these merino pajamas is that they are super soft. I mean silky and non-itchy, I-want-to-bury-my-face-in-it kind of soft. The internet has yet to come up with a way for you to feel the texture of something, this would be handy here! You have to feel it! 

I appreciate the envelope neckline design, easy on and off on a squirmy, on-the-go toddler. The slim, body hugging fit is ideal and not too tight. I also love the long body of the shirt, it doesn't ride up and covers all the way down to the hips. If you do buy a size up and roll up the cuffs, I'll mention that they do stay put - which I was a little surprised about because I assumed that due to the fine, silky feel of the material they would just be slippery and unroll. 

Finally, I love that the pajamas are gender neutral. For the price you are paying, it is nice to know that whether you have a boy or girl, all the siblings can wear it and it will last you for years. I'm big on gender neutral clothing and this is perfect. It is a natural, off-white color, but don't worry about it being light - wool is naturally stain resistant and very easy to take care of!
