That is my princess wearing pink. The color I avoided dressing her in for the longest time and guess what? Of course it is her favorite now! I love finding something really special for her to wear, something to stand out among her hand-me-downs. Masala Baby is drenched in unique. This Indian inspired line of children's clothing is truly unlike anything I have seen.
Baby E is dancing in the Mambo Tutu Dress in Paisley Parfait Pink ($68). She is almost 4. I got the dress in size 6! Two reasons: she loves floor length gowns and I want her wear it for as long as possible. It comes in sizes from 2 to 10 years old. It's absolutely beautiful and perfect for twirling in if you have a little twirl addict like Baby E. I love that it has long sleeves and it's perfect for fall, winter, and spring - it's hard to find a twirly dress like this with long sleeves. Believe me, I've searched everywhere. Now we just need to make a little tiara to complete the look! She absolutely loves the dress and insists on wearing it every day. I'm going to have to wash it when she is sleeping.
As you can see on their website, everything at Masala Baby is just beautifully designed, and don't let the word Baby deceive you - the clothing does come in larger sizes for kids. For Baby T we received the gorgeous Multi Stripe Orange Dandy Shirt ($42). It is even better in person than it looks online. Super soft cotton knit! I opted for the size 2 since Baby T is 1 but already wearing size 18 months clothing. I think he looks swell in it!
Just look at these spicy stripes and the detail. It's great to wear for special occasions, for a photo shoot, or just a visit to grandparents (not implying that's not a special occasion!). The same style shirt comes in a six other prints and colors to match your taste.

I have been following Masala Baby for a few years since they first appeared on the baby style scene, just one year after Eco-Babyz was born. They always have very fresh collections each season, always something new, and always out-of-the-ordinary. Their clothing just looks fun and happy, goes well with the way children are!
If you live in a warm climate or you're traveling someplace warm, check out the Blues Crew designs, I am in love with those gorgeous outfits and dresses! Just as fun is the Rhythm & Rhyme line of clothing, with succulent greens and pinks that make a fresh combination. For us here in chilly New England, the Fall Medley collection is a perfect compliment to pumpkin pie and playing to the sound of crackling fire in a room filled with the smell of pine needles.
This premium brand does come with a price tag that some of us will not be able to afford with dresses at $48 to $68, boys shirts at $38 to $42, and girls leggings for $28 to $30. As always, you get what you pay for, after seeing this clothing in person I can see why it is priced this way. It is very high quality and my kids will not be the last ones wearing it for sure! You can also check out their sale section that changes with the seasons and you can score some deals there.
