It's been a long time since I held a snotty infant in my arms. But I still remember those nights when I couldn't get much sleep because of a congested baby. Now I can just tell my toddler to blow her nose, but it was a pain when she was little! Somehow Europeans are always ahead when it comes to innovation - yes, even with a snot sucker.
We were sent the Nose Frida - The Snot Sucker for review. I can't really tell you yet how well it works since the baby isn't here yet, but the reviews from moms are outstanding and I've been urged not to have another baby without this! Well, I know I would rather try this that put that blue bulb syringe thing in my baby's nose again! Nose Frida is made in Sweden and thanks to a mom who traveled there with her infant, it was introduced to the U.S. Since it is manufactured to European standards - it is a lot safer than anything you'll find around here. That's one of my pet peeves, that the Europeans are on top of the safety of baby products - unlike here.
Perhaps the only thing that I find a little annoying is having to replace the filters with each use. Though that's a small price to pay for an infant with a clear nose. It may seem a little gross when you look at how it is used, but trust me, nothing goes in your mouth and it gives you full control over the suction.
