I've had my eye on Milk for a long, long time. Ever since I have started nursing my first in January of 2009. I have finally gotten my hands on some Milk nursing wear and I am smitten! I received the extra small Flirty Halter Dress for review.
This versatile dress can be worn both while pregnant and not, in any season (with tights and cardigan in the winter), while nursing, and is easily dressed up or down. I can wear it to the beach with flip flops and then with fancy shoes, jewelry, and purse to a day or evening wedding. The material is super soft and comfortable and the style is so flattering. I'm in love with the teal color - which always looks good on me, but this stylish dress takes it up a notch! It is the perfect length and has a built in shelf-bra for nursing pads. My only complaint - that's really a problem for my body type, is that I'm tiny on top and need to wear a bra with it. My strapless bra isn't exactly comfortable or nursing friendly and the one that is, can't be worn with a halter style. When I will be nursing I won't care as much, I'll just wear it bra-less and nobody would know! Here I am wearing it at seven months pregnant, size extra small on 112 pound me (just to give you an idea of what size will be good for you):
I love all the fashion forward clothing styles at Milk. Nursing wear doesn't have to be drab! It also makes breastfeeding in public so much easier and less stressful - good for your milk supply. They even have a few ecoMilk items, organic nursing wear made from 100% GOTS (Global Organic Textiles Standard) certified organic cotton. Every purchase earns you Milk Money, for every $100 spent (including taxes and shipping) you get $5 toward the next purchase. Milk nursing wear was conceived by Elisa, a mom to four breastfed children, she certainly knows what nursing moms need!
One of you will be blessed with a $40 Gift Code to Milk!
